If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you feel the product hasn’t given you softer and more hydrated skin, simply contact us at hello@thrivemadesimple.com.au. We’ll process a full refund of the product price — No hassle, made simple. 

How it works:

• The guarantee applies to your first purchase of our Face Cream only.
• Refunds must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• You don’t need to return the product — we just ask for your honest feedback so we can continue improving.
• Refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank.
