30-Day Smile Guarantee Policy

We want you to feel confident when trying Thrive Made Simple Oral care products, which is why we back it with our 30-Day Smile Guarantee.

If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you feel that an oral-care product you've purchased isn't right for you, simply contact us at hello@thrivemadesimple.com.au. We'll process a full refund of the product price for the product you've opened and trialled — no questions, no hassle.

How it works:

• The guarantee applies to the first product of each type in your order that you open and trial. If you purchase multiple units of the same product, the guarantee applies to the first unit you open and try, rather than the entire quantity purchased. If you'd like to try a product before purchasing multiple units, we recommend ordering a single unit first.
• Refunds must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• The guarantee applies to the product used and trialled. Refunds are limited to the product(s) you have opened and tried; unopened, unused products from the same order are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee.
• You don’t need to return the product — we just ask for your honest feedback so we can continue improving.
• Refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
