Your peace of mind matters to us. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds, in line with Australian law.


Change of Mind

We don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, so please choose carefully.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products once opened. In addition, digital products (such as downloads), sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

Note: This applies to both one off purchases and subscription products.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund under Australian Consumer Law. Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@thrivemadesimple.com.au with:

✓ Clear photos of the issue
S brief description of what went wrong

We’ll assess the problem and let you know the next steps.

Note: This applies to all products, including subscription shipments.


Return Process

If your return is approved, we’ll share instructions for sending your product back. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, unless otherwise agreed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

👉 Please contact us before sending anything back — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return arrives and we’ve inspected it, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, we’ll refund you automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card company to process the refund too.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t seen the refund, please reach out at hello@thrivemadesimple.com.au.

Please note we can only process refunds for verified purchases.


Subscriptions

For products purchased as a subscription:

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription after completing the initial payment plus one recurring payment. To cancel, update your account settings or contact us at hello@thrivemadesimple.com.au.

Timing: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive the product(s) you have already paid for, and no further subscription payments will be charged.

Refunds: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds are only available for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, in line with Australian Consumer Law, and only apply to shipments that have already been delivered.

Note: The same Returns & Refunds Policy applies to subscriptions as to one off purchases.


Shipping Costs

If the product is confirmed faulty or not as described, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping, either by providing a prepaid return label or reimbursing reasonable postage. For all other approved returns, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
