Thrive Made Simple – Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns, Simplified

Your peace of mind matters to us. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds, in line with Australian law.

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Refunds are processed based on the total amount paid, including GST.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

This includes (but is not limited to):
✓ Purchasing without reviewing product ingredients or specifications
✓ Vegan, dietary, ingredient-based, or allergy-related preferences

All product ingredients and details are clearly listed on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review these prior to purchase.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once products have been shipped. This is because we cannot verify whether items have been opened or tampered with, and therefore cannot restock or resell them.

In addition, digital products (such as downloads), sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

Note: This applies to both one-off purchases and subscription products.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund under Australian Consumer Law. Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@thrivemadesimple.com.au with:

Your order number
✓ Clear photos of the issue
✓ A brief description of what went wrong

We’ll assess the problem and let you know the next steps.

Note: This applies to all products, including subscription shipments.


Subscriptions

For products purchased as a subscription:

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription after completing the initial payment plus one recurring payment. To cancel, update your account settings or contact us at hello@thrivemadesimple.com.au.

Timing: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive the product(s) you have already paid for, and no further subscription payments will be charged.

Refunds: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds are only available for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, in line with Australian Consumer Law, and only apply to shipments that have already been delivered.


Shipping Costs

If the product is confirmed faulty or not as described, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping, either by providing a prepaid return label or reimbursing reasonable postage. For any other approved returns, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
